A 58-year-old woman is the sole caregiver for her 64-year-old brother, who suffered a severe brain haemorrhage and stroke. Following multiple surgeries, including the removal of part of his brain and the placement of a prosthesis, he is now partially paralysed, unable to speak, and fully dependent on her for daily care. He also suffers from advanced cataracts, with significant vision loss, and requires surgery on both eyes. She is unable to work, as her brother requires constant supervision and assistance.

She requires immediate support for:

Cataract surgery for both eyes ($1,200) to restore his vision.
Ongoing physiotherapy ($600 per month, at $40 per session) to prevent further deterioration.
Without this support, his condition will continue to decline, placing both of them in an increasingly critical situation
Urgent assistance is needed to improve his quality of life and alleviate the heavy burden on his sister.
