Since the beginning of the war, a group of volunteers has been working tirelessly to clear rubble, rescue injured civilians, and assist individuals trapped beneath debris. Operating in extremely
dangerous conditions, they coordinate with Civil Defence whenever necessary, yet continue to carry out their missions without adequate support or proper protective equipment. This intervention aims to provide the team with essential safety gear required to continue their life-saving work, including four helmets ($200 each) and four life vests ($350 each). While many additional needs remain, including small motorcycles to improve mobility and rapid response capacity, the priority is to secure the basic equipment necessary to protect these volunteers as they risk their lives to save others.
