Job creation
Since 2021, we have been driving meaningful change through our job creation and empowerment initiatives, showcasing Lebanon’s rich terroir through premium farm-to-table mouneh (traditional
terroir food products) and delicacies crafted by 1,200 women across 53 villages, focusing on individuals eager to learn and grow. Our approach is rooted in diversity and cultural sensitivity,
ensuring a fair and transparent selection process. We understand that each person’s journey is unique, which is why our programs are designed with flexibility and tailored solutions to meet individual needs and aspirations. Our mission is to empower people from underprivileged communities, enabling them to become active contributors to sustainable, scalable economic growth.
To maintain excellence, we continuously evaluate and refine our selection and training processes based on regular feedback, maximizing the impact of our efforts. Graduates of our programs channel their new skills into creating high-quality food products and crafts, which are showcased and sold through our social enterprise, Beit Kanz.
